Holmes Rental operates four convenient locations across Central Ohio, situated in Mount Vernon, Millersburg, Sugarcreek, and Marion.

Yes, we offer equipment rentals at all four of our locations, providing flexible options for your farm machinery needs.

While fuel is not included in the rental rate, we provide our equipment full of fuel, and can refuel the equipment for your convenience at a rate of $8.00/gallon.

For equipment capable of being delivered by truck/trailer, we charge $2.10/mi, round trip, for both delivery and pick up. For equipment delivered by semi trailer, we charge $95 per hour of travel time, in addition to 15 minutes of load and 15 minutes of unload time.

Our rentals can be offered in half day (5 hours of possession, 4 hours of run-time), 24hr (8 hours of run time), 1 week (40 hours of run time), and 1 month (160 hours of run time).

Yes, we charge the same for a day as we do the weekend. Customers may pick up weekend rentals between 2–4pm, and must return equipment anytime before Monday at 8am (with exceptions for holiday weekends). Machines with hour meters are allowed 8 hours of run time.

Yes, during the summer our hours are 7a–noon, and in the winter 8a–noon.
